Rate limits

LinkedIn meters Sales Navigator per account on a rolling 24-hour window, and it meters groups of actions together rather than each action on its own. Cargo applies a matching daily limit per workspace so one workflow cannot exhaust the allowance every workspace shares. Each limit allows 1,000 requests per 24 hours per workspace. The window rolls rather than resetting: allowance frees up gradually as requests fall out of the trailing 24 hours. Runs that exceed the limit fail with a message naming the limit reached and the usage against it. If your volume needs a higher limit, contact us. Legacy actions and the Company insights action use a different provider and do not count against these limits.

Best practices

  1. Use saved searches - Create saved searches in Sales Navigator for efficient syncing
  2. Combine with enrichment - Layer Sales Navigator data with other enrichment sources
  3. Spread large searches across days - A search returns 25 leads per request, so a 10,000-lead list costs 400 requests against the people search limit; see Rate limits
